Meet Dr. Dube

Dr. Dube is a native Texan and a graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in microbiology. After graduating from A&M Dr. Dube accepted a position at the Max Planck Institute in Berlin, Germany to work on various projects in molecular genetics. She continued her post graduate education in molecular genetics as a Mayo Fellow in  Minnesota before returning to Houston to begin dental school at the University of Texas Dental Branch. Dr. Dube completed dental school in 1981 and specialty training in Pediatric Dentistry in 1983. She entered private practice and devoted her professional career to developing a pediatric dental practice with a focus on longitudinal treatment goals emphasizing caries prevention and growth and development of the facial structures. Dr. Dube is a member of numerous professional organizations and has published articles on pediatric dentistry in various textbooks, professional journals, magazines and newspapers. Dr. Dube has been a spokesperson for the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and has lectured locally and nationally. She has served as President of the Greater Houston Dental Society and the Houston Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, as well as a Delegate to the Texas Dental Association and American Dental Association. Dr. Dube retired from her private practice in 2003 and continues to see patients several days a week. When not actively engaged in the delivery of patient care, Dr. Dube enjoys gardening, raising grass fed beef, volunteering as a Mastergardener, and studying to better understand soil systems and the role they play in defining good health.  Dr. Dube serves our patients at the Memorial and West U locations.
